I don't know about the motivation for the rest of the market - but I see market cap way above nta, major recent change in focus, people with mining experience playing in hi tech, an unproven business model and technology in an extremely competitive field and yet to see if their new business is making money or in cash burn. All that and flying under the radar to a large extent - so not many buyers. With a sliding sp and no new news - not much incentive atm for those who are interested in the company, to buy the shares the sophisticated investor buyers are flicking on at a still nice profit. Interesting stock to watch though.
