The shares coming out of escrow will be a huge dilution, but price was already in freefall for over a month b4 that announcenent.
Be careful with SCI - S Volkering is off the boil and IMO treats that service as a D grade proposition and you have to pay much more for his premium service which isn't that great either IMO
You have support @ around $1, I have been looking at this because they have a point of difference, but wouldn't buy NVX because of its chart since mid Oct
