Permanent Halt was mid to late summer 2019, and numerous halts earlier in 2019

they spent a lot of money on legal and accounting and also issued a lot is shares leading to more dilution of shareholders

i think it is up to the individual investor to determine if the acquisitions of nWay, Quidd., etc will create a greater value going forward...

the CEO and current management makes a big deal towards my personal opinion

election year, unrest politically and lingering virus...

plenty of risk , but my time horizon is longer term...
