Where most bullish juniors are forming pennants and breaking out, NWC and RDT (I don't currently hold but have) appear to be forming downward flags:

Despite both having outstanding geology, they also have weaker registries IMO, causing the lower dips.
It's not all bad though, as it could be a bullish continuation pattern:
For NWC, we'd need to see an upwards move beyond 7.5c to confirm (+50% from here!).
