10-12 cents is a real possibility but not in the short term I believe. If an announcement. Regarding the JV is released next week we could see any where between 5-7 cents. NWE poses a great oppurtujity for both long term and short term holders. Personally you'd be crazy to sell out on NWE based on the JV news alone. There is so much potential here; just refer to TheDhon's post over the past few months.
