At this moment with Mineral Resourcesholding 70% of shares in NWE
and under the binding agreements NWE are bound to pay Mineral resources circa 8 million at this stage leaving NWE unfunded to pay their share of the upcoming drilling program.
so at this moment they will need to raise funds to pay their bills
NWE owes 8 million to Mineral Resources
