You do understand that CE can’t just bully his way thru, you do get that don’t you? There are rules regarding minority shareholdings and there are nearly 30% of minority shareholders of which many are more informed than most. Most of whom are quite happy to go to drilling and its results.
The fact he tried a initial low ball offer and it failed to achieve its stated goal, will he get to 75% by todays closing date?
