Bounder has been re-named "Cobra" my friend not "Cougar", hence the confusion. Equally volatile, unless you are a mongoose.
I have not seen any change in the May/June 2008 date, although there are rumours that the drilling contractor is willing to bring the date forward for a % of the project.
