Yep I reckon NWE has the better end of the deal in terms of developing Xanadu.
However, we are only around 16mil capped higher than them which is a reasonable premium given we have Cliff Head producing and more importantly, have the Arrowsmith Processing Facility - something that will be extremely profitable (imo) once Xanadu hydrocarbons a start flowing through it and capacity utilisation increases.
Just gotta bite the bullet on the development costs and then we all good.
