Why did so many NWE shareholders just sell into the bid at the start? why didn't any big player just buy a blocking stake? I'm not fully across nwe history but it's a very interesting case study. If CE was buying my shares I'd assume that are massively undervalued and just hold out. Were there enough big insto morons who caved immediately?
