after watching the preso,i feel nwe CEO and bod didn't tell us the truth Around the TO. CE goes on to say they have found oil lots of oil in two wells. That has to mean they knew all about the oil before the T /O as two out of the 3 wells were drilled before the T/O.
They did say they found oil but went very quiet about it and never used this as a reason to not accept the deal or to ask for a better deal.
