As an ex-NWE share holder I could see through the B.S. takeover offer and stood against the tide, and all we had to do to succeed (as a collective) was to say “no.” In fact it was actually EASIER than that - all we had to do was ignore, shun the offer. Not difficult to do in light of what a rubbish ‘offer’ the deal was.
Also, why would I care about waiting 5 years for MIN’s share price to get to a hopeful $200 a share on the back of their oil news when I could make a 3-bagger with Melbana Energy in the next three months!
