Just a reminder that NWE's 20% stake was bought for circa 500m$ AU @ 7.4c , which already values an undevelopped field at 2.5bn$ AU.
Expecting 10-20 times that would value that discovery at 25-50bn$ AU before any financing risks, execution risks, subsequent exploration risks etc.
While the drop in SP is probably annoying, maybe expecting that sort of growth, in a market very unfriendly to explorers trying to transition to developpers, wasn't very reasonable either ?
