    good reading yesterday in the Australian financial review. one of the paragraphs is saying that "min already has a takeover offer on the table for nwe, its minority partner Lockyer deep discovery in the Perth basin, and may have increased the price it will need to pay to get that deal done by showing its valuation hand with Warrego". they will obviously have to now with price going above the 6 cents offer
