If not, then you would have to ask why did we raise the money in the first place, looking at the whole picture from our board, the options, the brief struggle, the rapid capitulation and the need to raise again after the offer which gives min as the now majority to play around with funding, which actually worries me a little if I hold on. Are they capable of diluting the ownership further to their own benefit with debt or shares and huge options?
