For the love of god Barney, if you are going to depart with a percentage of your shares, sell it on market rather than give it straight to CE.
Firstly, you would lock away your CGT discount as I'm assuming you've held over 12 months and secondly, if you are planning on still holding some going into the drill then you definitely don't want CE getting anymore % than he has.

Personally, I'm HOLDING every single one of mine. MIN aren't trying their hardest to take this over because there might be a 'chance' of high reward. They know it's a near foregone conclusion and want you shares, my shares and everyone elses NWE shares to capitalise further on what they know is there!!
