I am in a similar position and have a similar strategy.
I will not risk taking all my investment into drilling and that was my plan, and I will not risk my CGT discount period, and you are spot on with the risk factor increasing, there is much more risk now, other than the drilling.
I have been posting that we should all evaluate the situations we are in, sensibly and rationally, everyone will have different circumstances, but I have no intention of putting my substantial profit at risk if uncertainty is prevalent and at this point, it is.
If the situation changes, then likely my intentions could change, but right now I am thinking about me and my family.
I am in day to day mode, hoping for the best outcome.
As I posted about a month ago if you told me before Sept 2021 that I was gonna get around 7cents, I would have been on my perch cock a doodle doin!!
I want more of course, but at the same time what I have got now is not chicken feed.
