States under 'Voluntary extensions' - "An unconditional bid can be extended at any time (provided that the bidder has not made a statement to the effect that the bid will not be extended)."

MIN can extend beyond the 20th regardless as the bid is unconditional and they have not said they won't extend. Does not require 50% or to up the price. MIN can extend anyway.

I was contacted yesterday. Said NO to the question. I also said that MIN should have based the 7.4 cents (which is now much less) on the original $82.00 per MIN share when the bid was first announced and not based this on the recent peak share price.
