From reading that, if MIN get 50% the offer is automatically extended 14 days without and change to the offer.

Unfortunately, I think MIN will scramble to 50%. It closes next Monday, so almost a week to go including the weekend.

While you can argue this is a friendly takeover, with the BOD accepting you can argue from a shareholder perspective it is a hostile takeover.

As such, acceptances normally come in on the last day or so.

I don't think we will know until Monday or Tuesday with most acceptances happening over the weekend.

I will continue to hold regardless of MIN's holding.
