Great - thanks for those responses. I did suspect that the target/NWE including worst cases it in its original statement would be a matter of being required to disclose various eventualities (so nobody could blame them later if following their 'reject the offer' advice didn't pan out). As the >50% threshold looms - well, optimism wins out, heels still dug
