The "on hold requesting more information" stage , most times, does not take months or anything like that. only a few weeks.
I'm confident that the approvals with be done in a timely manner and NWE can get on with the job.
With TBN having had the the rig, not sure if it's released yet, it will need a service.
So, by the time the rig is released and serviced, it would be ready for MIN\NWE's use around the beginning of December.confidant
