Its really got little to do with the issued capital/shares on issue.
The company deserves to be about where it is, its a cluster fk. No different to anything else in mining services really.
It is cheap, but it is cheap for many valid reasons.
Given they sort through the mess they are in, and they can pick up some new work, they should recover.
