I actually wrote Simon an email as well today, regarding the same issue!!! And also no reply unfortunately! Whilst I agree to extent that "if the company had news to announce then they'd announce it", although this particular issue has been the source of considerable discontent for quite a number of shareholders. I must admit that I am not a particularly large shareholder (in comparison to some of you others i imagine) and have never written to a company under such circumstances before, but on this occasion i thought it necessary.

Whilst i readily recognise that the company is limited in what information can be passed to individual shareholder in such a situation, my email was more of means to enquire as when they would be providing some further update/s on the progress of the OEM negotiations. Considering they have made some wild claims in the past, prior to selling large amounts of shares, I see this as a reasonable request.
