re: whats going on not really, i think rupert is going to sell its 38% stake in direct-tv to buy out the 19% stake liberty media has in newscorp. this sale also comes online with the sale of 20% of hong kongs' phoenix tv.. china mobile is going to buy the 20% stake and rupert has made a nice profit on it..
