What is with you Gannp? You seem intent in painting the company you 'own' in as bad a light as possible. At the very least get your facts right.
Mr Ballintine did not say the company had been 'shafted'. A senior member of the NBN advisory team sent a document anonymously including a note stating 'NewSat had been shafted by NBN'.
Do you not think the whistleblower may have good cause to anonymously advise NewSat of his misgivings about the NBNs process?
No, perhaps you would rather believe poor reporting by a newspaper.
The only point I tend to agree with is: it would have been better for Mr Ballintine to keep his feelings under wraps when not in a position of power. When the scale of power is in the company's favour then blast the dealings of NBN with both barrels if warranted. In this case it was certainly warranted, unfortunately NewSat were not in a position of power at the time.
