its unlikely the contruction deal would be terminated if alot of money has been paid to date so far,


the financiers have forked out money alread, we have some compentents of the satelite that are already built.

if the exim falls through , what would happen to all the work done to date with lock and martin .

i doubt that the financiers would let their money to date go to waste ...
