What a cracking post by Alex. Have not ever seen that by a listed company and shows a new investor friendly approach. Extremely informative and it puts a lot of speculation to bed. Thank you Alex

On the remuneration the blunt forecast number looks bad but if you take into account all the factors Alex mentions and look at the 2015 annual report (base salary $314k) it is a lot more palatable. Plus shareholders are not paying Chairmans fees to another individual, although I would actually prefer an independent chairman. Not many people have to publicly defend their income to such a degree so I think it shows good character to address it as up front as you did
