Refer to this ASX website - Data only applicable for yesterday's trading session.

It will show the short position amount vs total shares issued. Just divide the short position amount against the shares exchanged that day.
E.g. short position was 41k shares and total shares exchanged yesterday were 811k shares. So bit over 5% shares are short positions.
