FWIW I have seen a few threads on the Lounge forum (in the ‘other’ section of topics on HC), where a more ‘private’ thread can be created or taken up.
I have seen a few where there is is off stage talk about particular companies. Eg: Lounge: Takeovers Panel - Nido Petroleum is a busy 132 page thread that appears to be devoted to talk about FGR
( Nido Petroleum was taken over in 2014)
