As the share price is so low together with a pile of lawsuits, the bad management team and also investors have lost confidence in this management team. I am wondering about the possibility of bankruptcy. I am holding the shares as I bought at around $7. I do expect to hold it for a long long time. That is ok if the company does not go for bankruptcy
