Rollover opportunities are out there if you look hard enough. The model relies on finding XYZ, just as the hodl NXM model relies on it hitting $1. What was the opportunity cost of buying/holding NXM at 20 on 09/11/20 and waiting almost a year to breakeven on 8/9/21.

I have no idea what @perdant reasons for taking some profit are, nor the size of said profit. The main point is to narrow in focus on the financial goal with that parcel to assist with better decision making, and not focus on hindsight trading.
