I see it more as the broker selling on the instructions of its clients. maybe some needed to sell. Maybe some thought the shares would go up by 20% and sold when it didn’t. A lot of these insider deals are predicated on an immediate gain. They’re not real speculators, a lot of them, they think it’s a free hit.
if the other poster is right, it was only 13% of the shares too. And what he says is right: there is money now to see if the speculative view is going to deliver something significant. Maybe it won’t. Maybe it will.
