The chart isn't about "NXM failure", it's about where support will likely come in, confirmatory signs to look for, and a little commentary on having patience over the next two weeks to pick an entry if someone is so inclined to do so.
As for the digital ponzi schemes, the sooner the world realises their true value is zero, the better. The original blockchain tech was interesting and had a purpose, but as soon it was monetised via bitcoin, and the 20k other versions of coins, it lost all credibility in my eyes. The fact that any random person can create their own digital currency negates the uniqueness of bitcoin.
And if your wondering, no, I still don't have sellers remorse.
