Agreed, this is all about pumping the cash into well targetted drilling campaigns (which they're doing) and building a big enough resource whereby they can't be ignored anymore...... this brings the likes of NST more into the picture.
Price wise though I have no idea..... one thing though..... with NST's SP beaten up as much as any of the majors right now a mostly script offer (at a premium) might be attractive to NXM holders (gives room for future growth).
