To add to the quantum would be the value of those GIB shares too. What are your thoughts on what NXM should do with them. If the prospect is not so good that they were comfortable to sell it to GIB then I presume that means the consideration shares (and options) are on the market for the right price too. They are currently up 25% on the shares but noting that 12 month escrow so wouldn't be saleable until after your target date of July 2020 but presumably sometime before Dec2020.
