I wouldn't worry about it too much, whoever the buyer is they are keen. If its him im sure he will tweet about it once he finishes buying.
Notable is that from the top 20 there are several holders not so far off being sub holders, including Saracen. Saracen were previously a sub holder but got diluted out in the last cap raise, apparently they were keen to maintain their sub position but cash was tight after the superpit purchase. Things may be changing soon on that front.
