    I sure hope so wolf, our mutual holdings ended 2020 fizzing out and 2021 not much better so far. I get why people get impatient, the market is hot (over-heated?) and so many opportunities! News to come for NXM, and a long term game here though. Looking forward to the re-rate!!!
