    My theory is that there was selling in this range by existing sophisticated and institutional holders before the shares were placed, and now we're seeing those instosophitos who weren't holding taking some profits off their fortunate placement price (pre the big gold run).

    All in all, NXM has an EV of $6-7m and $5.5m cash. It is going to appreciate
