No one is dumping, this is being toyed with because the Management can't promote the story sufficiently enough to attract any significant buying interest.
It is being turned into a dog stock, even if from a fundamental analysis perspective it isn't.
The only way up from here is a significant discovery or upgrade during drilling - which I doubt will happen in my opinion.
