    For what it's worth I recently noticed this kind of activity in a company called PGM where someone was of loading 500k-700k amounts at open continuously for a period of 3-4 weeks. The price at that time was around 5c, when it stopped within a couple of weeks it traded between 7c-9c. Hopefully this might happen with NXM.
