Safe to assume that it's been the same seller that keeps dumping...

Safe to assume that it's been the same seller that keeps dumping between 100,000 and 400,000 shares on open with a price tag less than the SP.
This has happened close to 20 times just from what I've witnessed myself and that's just what they are selling at open. So you would think they have sold over 2 million shares which would make them a top 20 holder and management should know exactly who it is.
If they can't obviously tell who is selling via their top20 list, then it's clearly price manipulation by a big player/firm and management would know this.
The question is...do they care? And are they really going to do anything about it?

Is there anything we can do as shareholders to put a rocket up this management team??
