i agree that it can be harder to establish the true identity when it's a nominee broker.
What directors might be interested in is the possibility of illegal short selling. Dangerous in NXM given the low amount of shares on issue
Having made NXM my number one pick in the gold sector for this calendar year and invested I have watched the selling as my number two gold pick has trebled in value.
My estimation given the volume that has been sold at the open is that 2 of the top 20 holders are working together or illegal shorting is taking place by the nominee broker/s.
Given there is now a substantial buyer it looks like the selling is near its end.
Be nice to know if the broker with the buy order was also selling recently.
