hmmm I'm not getting all antagonistic but that doesn't make sense to me.

A position of 2m lands you on NXMs top 20, as of Dec-20 biggest holder had 4.67% (or 11.4m), 115m shares have been traded this calendar year to date. Given it is a micro cap, there's still probably enough liquidity for a top 20 holder to exit the register in an orderly fashion.
There was a substantial holder who has sold down progressively from 2018, unfair to mention names online (DYOR the notices are out there), he should be well and truly done.

I still think we focus too much on this mythical seller, their choice, their strategy - can't control that. The company needs to do more PR/CD to find the buying support, perhaps diversify away Proactive Investors too.
