Good Evening to ALL on ASX:NXM.
I have just run through my Trading Watchlist today, what did I see ..... something that Perdant has been telling me about for some considerable amount of time.
Well I'll be, 'Perdant' has put me on the spot with one of his posts today, not uncommon ! Mind you, I frequently look at 'Perdants' post's, after all, it appears that there is always a lot of research & analysis having gone into those posts.
As you have put me on the spot 'perdant' .... I will do me best in magnifying your mineralising images and do what I can with those images. I will magnify them to get a better analysis. A couple of great pics by the way, but where is your macro or microscope? LOL
What you have photographed in those two pics is exactly what has been described in the last ASX Ann ...... Your pic firstly, which appears to show an example of a highly weathered regolith, as shallow as it is, after all, porphyr's are intrusives and, often they expose their backside near surface. Your pic's I believe are the perfect example, so how does your pic below, well magnified, compare to the NXM descriptions, pretty close from what I can see. Your pic below magnified ...
How does that pic compare to the desciption in the Ann of the RC Chips in the RC Chip Trays?
Let the pictures do the talking, after all 'Perdant' has picked up on the WX (weatherd outcrops/regolith) of the immediate area.
I can only describe 'perdants' pics with much magnification, to exactly that of the descriptions by NXM .......and as follows; exposed in the regolith on 'Perdants' pic, exactly as NXM have described.
But what you have captured at near surface, regoligh or otherwise is very much the description of what NXM are describing in their intersections, just as above. Mmmmmmm .....
'Perdant', yes, you have revealed in those pics, shallow admittedly, some part of the formation and very shallow, that may, and I say MAY, reveal something closer to surface? Only time will tell.
I wont go into my mineralogical descriptions as to whay I feel that what 'Perdant' has photographed, it would take me hours ! But, I do really need a specimen of that regoligh exposure to make a convincing description. What amazes me is that it is so shallow, as compared to the Company descriptions of the intersections at depth; yes, a coincidind descrition of the mineraloghy just above the best intersections.
So in closing, what is a porphyry, and why does porphyry host some of the largest and consistent mine grades on this Planet?
And within those Porphyr's we see the most economic Reserves of all time, with few excemptions.
Time has cheated me again, sorry.
Best wished to ALL, New Sout Welshmen & Melbournians in this uncertain and intermittent lockdown time.
Take Care ALL, we will emerge as WINNERS !
Cheers
