I share your frustration at times however, this approach is what sees us with only 244m SOI after being listed for more than a decade (with no re-organisation of capital). Plenty of other companies would have been back to the market many times over during this time. Sometimes slow and steady wins the race
That said, i would not be adverse to ramping things up a little, particularly at Paint. Andy has mentioned a couple of times that Paint will take multiple programs to develop and i agree with you, Paint could be a company maker with a discovery hole like SAR struck back in the 90's.
