    I see Bruce as a bit of a lightweight. Big on words but not action.

    The more I read over the ground and gold strikes the more I like the company, hence why I am taking a keen interest in management.

    You are right in from what I have read, Andy does seem to know his stuff and gets amongst it. I just want to see the rest of the board aren't dead weights.
