If it gets to $1 NXM still only has a MC of $220 Million.
If the holes get proved up then that MC figure is very achievable.
Then throw in the fact that a 10 billion dollar plus company in NST surrounds NXM then a figure of $220 million is probably cheap
NST would be crazy not to pay a premium to take out NXM
All of their infrastructure is in place right there on site, they do not need to pay for setting up a new plant to dig out the prize.
All NXM has to do is keep getting the results, once they have the numbers proved up that NST would be happy with then NST would surely put in an offer.
Its prudent of NST to let little old NXM do all the early work and simply pay a premium if and when NXM put the right numbers out to market.
This has to be a no brainer IMHO
I have held for quite some time now and can see the winning post in sight
