    I think you misread my post. I've been to the ATO website and couldn't find anything re anniversary dates, but it did mention that you may be able to roll over any CGT liability.

    As for jumping the gun, it's only a 'what if' because it appears to be the common sentiment that NST will buy out NXM at some stage. Personally I hope it doesn't happen.
