It's only worth about $60k per cent to them, so don't expect them to seel too much stock to get the price down for these oppies. On the other hand... ratifying that past share issue with only a couple weeks left until the year lapses and they can re-issue without approval, combined with a Euroz site visit leading up to it... are they planning a capital raising straight after the meeting? In this case, all share holders will benefit from a lower price short term.
