    SBM taking out BDC in scrip for implied value of ~$157m.
    Blue chip location, 3M ounces, implies around $52 per ounce.

    I'm not across BDC but am I missing something or does this seem extremely cheap?
    Pours a bit of cold water on the NXM-NST fairy tale ending.
    There's no a chance in hell I'm voting yes on or around $50 per ounce inground resource.
